Nick has had over twenty years of experience in Real Estate, including, but not limited to traditional home sales, new construction, commercial leases and sales, property management and landlord relations.

He has built a reputation for himself by taking personal pride in working on all types of transactions, both the straightforward and more complicated; always keeping his clients best interest as top priority. He brings to each transaction a willingness to go the extra mile to problem solve and a determination to see each deal through to closing.

Nick grew up in Astoria, Queens and developed a passion for real estate at the young age of 18 building an extensive network of clientele spanning the five boroughs and beyond. Once Nick moved to Syosset to raise his family, over a decade ago, he built a bridge connecting sellers and buyers from New York City to Long Island.

In addition, to leading The Sakalis Team, Nick is currently holds the position of Senior Commercial Real Estate Advisor. This position includes, but is not limited to the responsibility of overlooking and directing the Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT the offices through the Long Island / NYC Region.

Nick has received certifications for Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), Certified Buyer Broker (CBR), and Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and holds licenses in both Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Nick has received many honors and awards from throughout the industry, but the highest honor has always been a job well done.
